About Intuitive Eating

I don't ask my clients to restrict food nor provide rigid meal plans. I work with them to explore how improving nutrition can fit into their lives, not how their lives can be controlled nor bent to fit into a particular diet.

I encourage my clients to eat all of the food they crave through a gentle exploration of the Intuitive Eating model.

Intuitive Eating is simply eating, as per your body’s natural cues and totally free from diet culture’s ‘shoulds’, coulds’ or ‘woulds’. It is the process of learning to listen to your body’s needs so that you may bring yourself back into balance, equilibrium and empowerment.

I believe eating well and nourishing your body should be easy and intuitive. So, I encourage my clients to move away from food rules and instead learn to appreciate their body for all it does for them everyday, not only how it looks in the mirror.

Intuitive Eating Counseling explores your relationship with food and diet culture. We work together, in a compassionate way, to help you reach a place of food freedom where you no longer obsess about what to eat and body image. This involves both nutrition and lifestyle advice.

Starter Package

Three 1-hour sessions

Two 15-minute calls

*must be used within three months

Because of the nature of our immersive sessions, it is required to immerse yourself for at least 3 sessions together. The starter package is our starting opportunity to dive into your issues, discuss your goals and prepare a plan best suited to your needs.

Ongoing Support

Follow Up Package

Three 1-hour sessions

Three 15-minute calls

*must be used within six months

Following from our initial three sessions, it’s advisable to book for a follow-on package to identify any room for improvement and gain consistent momentum for the path ahead. This package will empower you in creating lasting change during a self-directed future.
